Mindfulness for Stress Reduction and Self-Care
Marian Smith and Brett Peterson are Registered Clinical Counsellors and certified mindfulness
teachers who have been facilitating Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction programs since 2002.
Together we will explore mindfulness and how it positively impacts stress, anxiety and even our
immunity! We will guide you through a range of mindfulness practices that you can start using
right away, for your own self-care. With practice, you can experience greater ease and
concentration as well as a calming of your nervous system.
